Snout N' About strives to provide a calm, quiet atmosphere, but we need your cooperation to do so. Here's how:

• Please, do not arrive any sooner than 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Right on time is best! Any sooner may impede on other's visit, and hinder cleanliness; we need a few minutes to disinfect and clean between services. If you are more than 15 mins late to your scheduled time, the appointment will be cancelled.  If arriving before we open, please do not attempt to enter. It is best to wait in your car, or take your pup on a walk to potty. We will turn on the open sign when ready to greet you and your pup.

• Please be prepared for prices that are subject to change. When booking online, quotes are given assuming your pet is matt free, and can tolerate touch. 

• Please, have your pet potty before your appointment. For your conveience, we provide courtesy bags to the left of our door.

• Let the staff know if you've administered any sedative before the appointment, and inform us of any known health issues and/or allergies.

• Provide up to date Rabies vaccination info. The tags are not sufficient as they do not have expiration dates or names on them. Documentation with the expiration date visible is acceptable.

• When walking into our location, please be cautious of opening the door in case of an off leash pet.
